After you approve the design, a deposit secures your spot. We'll keep you updated throughout the process.

Can I see a design mockup before you start production?
Yes! You'll receive a design mockup for approval before we start. Two revisions are included at no extra charge.
What if I need my project sooner than 3-4 weeks?
Rush production is available for an additional fee, depending on our workload. Contact us ASAP to discuss availability—rush orders are subject to approval.
Do you ship outside the United States?
We currently ship within the US only. If you're outside the US, contact us directly and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
What's your cancellation and refund policy?
Custom commissions are non-refundable once production begins. If you cancel before production, a 20% design fee applies. Let us know ASAP if plans change.
What if my custom piece arrives damaged?
If your piece arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos. We'll file a carrier claim and craft a replacement at no cost to you.
Can I make changes to my order after production has started?
Once production starts, we can't make changes to the design, size, or materials. That's why we provide mockups and two revisions upfront—so you're 100% confident before we begin.
