You can also choose to provide additional information (for a custom order of your own design, for example) if you want to contact us directly.

1) as a need to successfully provide our services, such as fulfilling your order or to provide proper customer service

Return Policy
We apologize for any inconvenience, but we do not accept returns at this time. All sales are final.
We handcraft innovative products with the intention to last. We believe that if you take care of our products, with our guided instructions, they'll serve you a lifetime.
The beauty, in the materials we use, is that there is almost always a way to fix it, whether it's a little dull in its shine after years of celebrations, or structural damage down the road. Email us for the clear instructions on how to mail us your product to be refinished.
When we receive your inquiry, we'll discuss with you our terms of shop services and which best suits your piece! Our shop is always open to bring your Spritz and Pyro pieces back to their day-one status.

Payment Policy
Currently, we accept credit/debit cards and Zelle
Custom Requests, Commissions, and Services
All payments must be paid as directed within the specified timeline of completion of any and all jobs. A successful initial deposit will be your acceptance to our terms and policies.
There is a $200/day shop-housing fee per project with a minimum of 2’ x 2’ dimension. This fee will remain unless otherwise discussed between the owners and the client(s).
If a client is delayed in payment(s) the client will be subject to late fee(s) as follows:
Clients will be given a three day grace period before late charges will apply.
After day 3 of the given grace period, late fees will start.
The first late fee will be $100 and everyday the payment is late thereafter, the client will be charged an additional $50 per day unless otherwise discussed with both the owners.
There will be no exceptions unless open and clear communication has been established with both owners and the client(s) and an agreement has been made, reviewed, and signed.
