Before the shop
He was a chef in some of the most renowned restaurants in South Florida! Gathering, Adapting, and creating new expressions of his love was something explosive for him; and Spritz fell for those skills. Seeing him work first hand is magical + inspiring, not only to taste his dishes, but to watch him make it.
It's truly beautiful.
Even though he was a chef for 12 years, it wasn't the only skill he tackled onto his belt. growing up + loving the ocean, he tackled boat mechanics, Scuba diving, fishing, and even spinning fire!
Trust me, there are a lot of reasons why Phil is known as "Pyro." If we were connected to one element each, his primary would be fire, always .

Before the SHop
my First real Passions were Psychology + writing. I've always found these to bring me joy and ground me throughout my life. I've been interested in Psychology in the matter of finding patterns and navigating the grays of communication, information, and society's evolution. Writing though. . . It's always been healing. I survived a childhood many don't believe and at an early age, I sought to learn as much as I could. I aimed to sharpen my mind through reading and writing. By the time I was 15, I explored a lot of literature and had completely fallen in love with poetry.
It's been an unbelievably, wild fight to be where i am today.
I flew myself to Florida with one bag and a degree to achieve. After graduating with my Bachelor's, I went back to work as a freelance Designer managing social media accounts for businesses. Freelance Designing on the side of a 9-to-5 brought me to eventually owning my own business with my husband! Burning wood with electricity has been a life saver that I'm not willing to let go of.
